Honestly I was hesitant to try this product as it gives me an impression that it’s too strong and might cause shitty side effects. I took the risk and I’m glad I did because I lost almost 2 kgs in 10 days! I usually drink only once a day then I workout everyday with proper diet. Definitely recommend HOWEVER if you’re sensitive to caffeine, make sure you dont consume any beverage nor food with caffeine because the one capsule contains 200mg of caffeine which means drinking this twice a day would make it 400mg and could cause insomnia.
